If I had an eyebrow like that I would totally be on TV, like all the time.
I don't know about you, fair readers, but I am really glad January is nearly over. It was an action packed month - my birthday, husband's birthday, our 8 year 1st make-out-aversary, President Obama's inaugural spectacle allowed us to see all the major news outlets act like Access Hollywood, Updike died, Conchords came back, scientists found an immortal jellyfish, and Mike White, as in the writer of School of Rock and Year of the Dog among others, is going to be on the Amazing Race with his (former pastor now gay rights activist) dad. What will happen when this sort of famous actual performing artist gets on a show with a bunch of reality-TV types? February 13th can't come soon enough. They look a little frail though as a team- I give them until the first really physical challenge. Sorry Whites.
Reflecting on our young year is a little overwhelming and just makes me want to sit back and, oh, I don't know, watch me some Gay Alphabet among other lovely distractions.
Please to enjoy...
"Right wing groups and the church argue that the very existence of gay publications and groups effectively advertise, glamourise and recruit people into the gay lifestyle.
They see it as 'recruitment propaganda'.
Which is of course rubbish.
This is an art project that explores what a recruitment campaign might look like...
Gay Alphabet poster charts coming soon."
Sugar Lumps. Brilliant.
Star Wars: Retold (by someone who hasn't seen it) from Joe Nicolosi on Vimeo.
I swear, I'm not even into Star Wars that much anymore, but more interested in other people being interested in it. Really.
Have a great weekend everybody. Go whichever football team you want to win!!
